Refund Policy

1. Summary

Arbitrion is a digital subscription service. We give you a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before being charged. After that, all sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law or as explicitly stated below. You can cancel any subscription at any time to stop future renewals.

2. Free trials

When a free trial is offered (currently 7 days for new subscribers, subject to change), you may use the Service during the trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your selected payment method will automatically be charged for the first billing period. To avoid being charged, cancel from the Billing area of your dashboard before the trial ends. Trials are limited to one per user and per payment method. We may restrict trials we believe are being abused.

3. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis (or such other interval as offered at checkout) and renew automatically until cancelled. Because the Service is delivered continuously throughout each billing period, fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused features, downgrades and time you choose not to use the Service.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for early cancellation. If a payment fails after a renewal attempt, we may retry, downgrade the account, suspend the Service, or terminate it.

As a courtesy, we may grant a goodwill refund for a clearly accidental renewal charge if you contact us within 7 days of the charge, you have not used the Service in any meaningful way during that period, and the charge was not preceded by an active trial or sustained usage history. Goodwill refunds are at our sole discretion and do not establish an ongoing obligation.

4. Credit packs

Credit packs are one-off purchases of in-app credits. Because credits are digital units redeemable instantly inside the Service, credit packs are non-refundable once any credit from the pack has been used. Unused, untouched credit packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase at our discretion. Credits themselves have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Leads and digital content

Leads, Keepa lookups and other unlockable digital content are time-sensitive and delivered immediately upon unlock or view. We do not refund individual leads or unlocks if a lead is gated for your account, sells out, becomes unprofitable, is reported by other users, or otherwise fails to convert into a profitable purchase for you. You are responsible for verifying restrictions, fees and profitability before placing any order.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund or report a billing problem, contact support@arbitrion.com from the email associated with your account. Please include: the email on file, the date and amount of the charge, the Stripe receipt or last 4 digits of the card, and a short explanation. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback - we can usually resolve billing issues quickly. Initiating a chargeback for a legitimate, used subscription or a non-refundable credit pack may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and loss of any associated balances. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks and to recover associated fees and losses.

8. Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under your local law. EU/UK consumers should note that, by starting use of the Service and unlocking digital content during any statutory withdrawal period, they expressly request that performance begin immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal in respect of supplied digital content is lost once performance has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. The policy in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
