Questions before you start
Do I need an Amazon seller account already?+
Yes. Arbitrion finds and verifies the products; you buy them and sell them through your own Amazon seller account. We don't create or manage the account for you, and you don't need to connect it to use the leads.
Which marketplaces do you cover?+
The United States. Products are sourced from US online retailers and verified against Amazon.com. Wholesale suppliers are US-based businesses.
What are credits and do they roll over?+
Credits unlock extras — on Seller, unlocking a locked lead costs 3 credits, while Scale includes free unlocks, and Wholesale members can buy additional suppliers with credits. Seller includes 100 credits a month, Scale 250 and Wholesale 500. Unused monthly credits roll over for one month; credits you buy in a pack never expire.
How many products do I see each day?+
The whole of that day's published list appears in your dashboard — typically 30 products a day at Seller level and 100–300+ on Scale, depending on what our team verifies that morning. There's no hard cut-off counter: on Seller some products stay locked until you spend credits on them, and on Scale every unlock is free.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. You can move between Seller, Scale and Wholesale at any time from the billing page. The change applies immediately and Stripe prorates the difference; moving up to Wholesale charges the prorated amount straight away, so access starts once that payment clears.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, at any time and with no contract. Email support@arbitrion.com and we'll cancel it for you — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
